After one of the most important City Council elections in Seattle history – a battle for the soul of our rapidly changing city – Civic Cocktail analyzes election results from the night before with two people smack in the middle of the political action: Marilyn Strickland, President and CEO of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce whose PAC has supported business candidates, and Heather Weiner, long-time union political consultant who has worked with labor candidates this election season.

And that's not all. In our second segment, we dive deep into who we are as a city and how voter and resident demographics shape us today.
