The ASPA Evergreen Chapter Board of Directors meets monthly to discuss events, communications, membership, and other pertinent matters to our chapter and our region. The board is comprised of public service practitioners who serve two year terms, as well as student representatives from our region's Public Administration graduate programs.

President - Tricia Diamond
Raised in Los Angeles and New Orleans, Ms. Diamond moved to the Netherlands in 1985 where she completed studies in aerospace engineering, English and mathematics. Her youth in New Orleans and Los Angeles, as well as spending the majority of her adult life in the Netherlands, instilled in her a dedication to public service. Returning to the United States in 2008, she became a member of the Evergreen Chapter in February 2010 while completing her Masters in Educational Administration at Seattle University.
Her diverse work experience includes serving as an international educator, educational administrator, public administrator and designing and delivery of professional development ensuring equity and social justice are embedded throughout organizations. Ensuring systemic inequities are addressed and barriers are removed to provide equitable access has formed the foundation of her professional career. She is multilingual (English, Dutch, Afrikaans and Creole) and has extensive experience leading multinational and multilingual teams.
